as I entered the building I’m eyes light up with delight displayed is multiple cakes and sweets… but I am not here for sweets… for my tummy is in need on the simple humble pasty… it’s after the crazy lunch hour… so I fear the worst and there will be now… but no… a fully stocked assortment of pastries await me…
the staff greats me with a prompting hello and how can I help you… I ask what pastries do you have… boom… she rants every single one off… I reply… a simple pasty… 430… a fair price for awesomeness…

We keep returning to The Original Food Company in Mt Barker frequently. The reason being a good range of fresh food choices, prices are appropriate, and the service is consistently good. It is very clean and tidy environment, with comfortable seating. On offer is a free paper for you to read, or do the crossword, as you dine and relax. They have a good takeaway server, which is quite busy over the lunch break.
