I(ashamedly) fell over tispy(ok blind drunk). In my defence I was in high heels and hadn’t drunk more than one drink in about 2 years due to the new love of my life baby M. I didn’t know how I had fallen(dancing I suspect) but I know that it hurt enough the next day for me not to be able to move my left arm. And not just the next day… two weeks later I still had trouble doing some tasks. Who do you call when muscles hurt? Not the ghost busters or batman — you call the gents and ladies at Rebound Health. My physiologist Andrew was patient and understanding during my recovery which went a long way as it helped me stop cursing myself and start being gentle with my body. This in itself contributed massively in healing my shoulder and arm. My GP on the other hand gave me the guilt trip speech and I’m sure my arm throbbed more for it. Rebound don’t just help rehabilitate accidental falls(if you could call mine that), they also help with osteoporosis, chronic fatigue, arthritis, chronic back pain, flexibility, core strengthening, pre and post natal training, performance and endurance coaching… pretty much anything to do with mending or improving your body.
