Flooring IQ really helped us out when choosing a suitable service for our home. We are the DIY renovators from hell and we drill our service providers to the end of the world and back. The knowledge you have, the more chance of getting it right, because lets face it, most renovation projects go wrong at some stage.
The service here as great, they helped us choose the appropriate flooring and to this day we haven’t been disappointed. I just wish they would come up with a self cleaning floor, I would definitely pay above the odds for that.

The other week I did something uncharacteristically mature. I went into different flooring showrooms to investigate what types of flooring would be best for a lovely new home. No, not for my home. I’m not grown up enough to actually buy my own house. That would be way too much. However, one of my more adult minded friends has reached such a maturity level.
So I went along to lend my expert advice, plus, I knew she’d buy me a drink and some nibbles for spending the better part of my Saturday traipsing around with her.
We went to numerous flooring places, emphasis on the numerous. But, there was one that seemed to glisten more brightly than the others — Flooring IQ. Well, that makes sense, doesn’t it? Obviously the very name of this place suggests a bounty of relevant flooring knowledge resides here. And it really does.
As soon as we walked in we were greeted by the vibrant and vivacious Bianca. I liked Bianca instantly — she’s the antithesis of every smarmy sales person out to make a quick buck. And she has excellent product knowledge and a genuine interest in the trade. Her true desire to help people set up a beautiful and functional home shone through.
The newly opened showroom was minimal, bright, beautiful and more than inviting. By the time we’d finished chatting to Bianca we’d absorbed some of her enthusiasm for flooring and had a plethora of creative, exciting and innovative ideas buzzing about in our heads. We were getting really excited about this flooring project!
The lovely story of how this showroom came to be broadened our smiles and warmed our hearts; this innovative business is the baby of Bianca and her husband, Craig. Craig is also a floor installer and sander by trade so the business really is set up with some intelligence and know how about it.
While I was in the showroom I marveled at the extensive array of stunning flooring choices and now I look forward to chatting to my friend to get a flooring progress report. I never thought flooring could be so exciting!
