Dome

Stopped in for breakfast with the kids and was greeted with the poorest customer service! The woman actually rolled her eyes at me when I asked her what choices the kids have for toppings on their pancakes!
We usually go to Dome in Maylands but have come to the Galleria one on a number of occasions and every time I’ve been here the customer service is average at best.
The food was ok but the coffee was burnt.

Stopped in for a cool drink on a hot day and feel it would be remiss of me not to comment on the poor customer service immediately apparent at this particular Dome.
From the messy counter with bits and pieces, including a staff member’s mobile phone, lying around on it, to the failure to greet customers, the «and whaddaya YOU want» squint while giving my order… I remember why I have generally avoided this store in the past.

I came for lunch on Easter Sunday (being non-​religious and having no family in Perth!)
In the hour I was there, they offered all of their customers a Easter Egg when ordering… except for me. Am I not good enough to get a piece of crappy chocolate? I even made a second order to see if I would get an offer, but alas, no sugar hit for me.
I had a steak sandwich and the steak itself tasted like it was pre-cooked…kinda tough and bland. Not up to what I expect from Dome cafes. I didn’t even get a «g’bye» that the other customers received!
