They lost me as a future customer. $ 35 to fix a nail embedded in a tyre, which I took off and gave them. Dropped it off at 9am. They said they would be done «in couple hours, no problem, just drop by». I dropped by at 11:30am. Response was «Oh sorry! We’ll fit it in between cars. We’ll ring you.» Then no news till 3pm when I went back to pick it up regardless (they close at 4pm) and it’s done (I was surprised) but had no call from them at all! Shit customer service.
