Concrete Polishing & Finishes by Ultimate Floors, initially was a value added service to the floor covering installation /​floor preparation contracting business in 2004,. The journey started way back in 1985 as an apprentice learning the craft of carpet & vinyl installation. Our go to man Adam Heaton just keeps evolving and adapted to meet environment changes we all face.

Knowledge of floor covering types and the problems associated with correct flooring methods and environmental impact was the driving force to pursue alternative flooring options. Hiperfloor Polished Concrete System was selected for our preferred total system for many reasons.

The understanding of concrete as a structural surface and problems the flooring industry is faced with is substantial. This knowledge and overall experience to date is what one would expect from in trenches real time gained experience and meticulous approach.
