Marshall Air have dubious business ethics. They were contracted to install an air conditioning system and were paid $ 5,200 in advance. The system was not supplied or installed and despite numerous promises, less than 10% of the money paid has been returned. The management refuse to return calls and are trying to avoid responsibility for their staff’s actions, despite the fact that the staff member concerned is the business owner’s son.
