Ok this is another chain review, but I’m writing it because this particular outlet is much better than the others. Due to Kennards Self-​Storage being a franchise business, each owner will run their facility they way they want as long as their adhere to a few rules. The Moore Park Kennards is so much cleaner and well built compared to some of the other outlets I’ve either stored or visited. The building is an old heritage site so the exterior is retained but the interior is modern. The individual units are all enclosed with no real roof leakage problems that I encountered at other storage places. There are a variety of unit sizes to fit your individual requirements and the building is highly secured.
The only negative thing I have to say is the price, which because of its location in the eastern suburbs is a bit higher than some of the other Kennards. But if you are looking to store for an extended period of time, this is a great place.
