Legal Essentials is a boutique law firm that focuses exclusively on Estate Planning and related services including all types of Wills, including Business Wills (also known as Buy-​Sell Agreements), Enduring Powers of Attorney and Trust documents, as well as managing deceased estates including Probate.

History

Established in 2005.

Legal Essentials was founded by Jessica Amberley and started out as just a Wills and Enduring Powers of Attorney business that branched into Deceased Estates as our clients required.

Legal Essentials has since added Buy/​Sell, Shareholders and Exit Agreements. Self Managed Superannuation Fund Binding Death Benefit Nomination Forms and Trust document creation.

Manager

As the Estate Planning Manager, Scott is experienced in seeing clients from many walks of life and guiding them through a process which will ensure they have a peace of mind and a good plan for their estate in the event of death or loss of capacity. His friendly and approachable style allows him to discuss often confronting and complex issues in a way that puts clients at ease.
