I am kicking myself that it took me three years to discover this little gem! Fresh on Young is my little compacted market within the suburbs. There is a great range of fresh produce, fish and meats and deli products. There are also specialty items to boot!
Situated right near Woolworths means you can get any grocery items you need within the same shopping trip.
Staff are friendly and helpful and products are fresh and well displayed — it’s a winner.

In Melbourne, we are really spoilt for choice! Fresh fruit and veg on every street and Deli’s on every other corner but there are very few places that have it all and when you do find them, sometimes they are just not that good.
That is not the story here! After their recent refurb they have become my one stop shop for fresh fruit and veg, meats and fresh bread! They do a mean BBQ Chicken and they even have a reasonably large cheese and deli section for that sunday afternoon treat!
