Babbacombe Drive Reserve

This is a reserve that goes a long way through in between the roads. However this is the part where the playground area is. The rest is pretty much reserve, tree’s and pathways through it for riding or walking along.
The playground itself has a rather newish looking play area which has bark chips underneath. There is a separate double swing area the other side of the pathway also with bark chips. Then a couple of springy sit on toys on the grass.
There is also a table and chair set under a shelter. With a 3 on 3 basketball court just behind the playground and near the seating area.
I did not see a tap or fountain at all, which surprises me a little here. But it is a nice area with plenty of trees and far enough back from the road to be a little safer than some.
