Alegria Mediterranean Bistro & Bar brings a stylish interpretation of traditional Mediterranean flavours to Park Road, Milton, Brisbane. The Spanish word ‘Alegria’, translates in English to ‘Joy’. Joy is the sense of well-being you will feel when you join our family at Alegria for a casual meal or drink.
Alegria is founded on a rich tradition of the powerful but elegant purity of Mediterranean infusion cuisine, featuring the rustic influence of Spanish, Greek, Italian, and French culture. Enjoy European peasant style dishes served in traditional terracotta earthern ware which infuses a rich and distinctive Mediterranean flavour into every meal.

Lorenzo Nobilio
Executive Chef
Lorenzo Nobilio was born in 1970 in Brisbane, Australia. He has cooked at renowned Tables of Toowong and as Executive Chef for Wildfire Bar & Grill, the famous 5 Star Powerhouse Hotel and Zuri Lounge Bar & Dining. Lorenzo has also extensively collaborated on the secondary education curriculum in Commercial Cookery and Food Hygiene. His personal philosophy is «Don’t follow what’s in vogue, set your own fashion, make a statement!» and «Every dish is a self portrait of its creator; Autograph your work with excellence!».
