After a big night of celebrations I was feeling under the weather the next day but knew a good lunch pick me up, on a wonderful sunny day, would be pizza and pasta at Lucetta.
We ordered the Milan pizza and fettuccine bolognese with 2 glasses of their refreshingly crisp house white Sauvignon Blanc. The pizza was thin and crispy topped with a perfectly salty prosciutto to complement the rocket lettuce but what made the pizza taste delicious was the mozzarella cheese. With each bite, I could taste flavours similar to butter from the cheese.
The fettuccine bolognese was cooked perfectly, the thick meaty sauce coated the al dente pasta well and tasted like the way my friend’s mamma makes it at home.
Service was on point, even though we sat outside, the waitresses checked on us at the right times and made sure we were well looked after. With great company, great weather, and tasty food definitely want to come back for their lunch meals again. Did I mention it only cost $ 14.90 each.
