Enjoyed a pleasant lunch with my wife and an Epicurean from Adelaide. A small menu including platters for two. We took the staff advice and went for the Mediterranean platter and a grilled chicken salad. Perfect for three. All washed down with floral unwooded Chardonnay. The platter even left room for a dessert. Great finish to an enjoyably different lunch. Will be back to try the other platters.

It’s a seriously lovely view from this restaurant. The pristine lawn below the alfresco balcony has a gorgeous large old tree in the centre, overlooking the surrounding fields.
They’re open for weekend lunches, but this venue is mainly a wedding venue.
It would be wonderful for a wedding. You could have the ceremony under the giant tree, and the dance floor on the lawn.
The only downside is I thought the interior and food on the menu was a touch dated. The food I tried was nice though.
