Established in 2012.
We started out doing online training helping 1000’s of girls Australia wide transform their bodies and live healthier lives.
BBHQ is our first in person facility. Based in Miami on the Gold Coast we aim to bring you a unique gym experience coupled with fantastic results.

Amanda and Matt G.
Business Owner
Amanda & Matt are to co-owners of Bangin’ Bodz Health & Fitness and BBHQ. After embarking on their own physical transformation they wanted to share with you that being healthy, fit and toned didn’t just mean eating broccoli, chicken and rice.
Their unique training style coupled with functional movements help give you not just a toned, defined body but also help with injury management, flexibility and longevity.
