The coffee quality has gradually droped. Today the store manager refused to honour my loyalty card claiming that loyalty card is only for coffee purchase and i bought black tea… same famiky isnt it? Any way i must say the variety is huge, quality… yeah i have to think again… customer service… who cares sort of attitude… little disapointed… but may revisit once more to see and check the difference… peace!!!
