Oh to finally find Bahn Mi on the Gold Coast!
It could possibly be the worst one ever had and still be divine.
(I’m from Melbourne — so the lack of Vietnamese here for me has been a massive struggle)
6 buck for Pâté with the cold meats, cucumber, carrot, coriander, soy sauce, fresh chili (which I forgo), oh so good. My mouth is watering thinking about it.
Bonus — they’re open till 630pm (everyday except Tuesday). Which is good if you don’t work nearby and want one for dinner. Not so good if you’ve got a hankering and they’ve sold out!
Fun Fact — the red been paste sesame balls are huge and tasty to boot!
