Uni Catch

Given the variety of foods on and around campus, I probably would not be making another visit. The food quality is not amazing, despite being on the more expensive end of the spectrum.
Customer Service: It is somewhere between horrible and «meh». The servers just made it a bit uncomfortable for me. They stared at me coldly as I was trying to decide what I wanted. I absolutely HATE that awkward feeling of servers almost rushing my decision by staring me down. In general, they gave off a REALLY cold feeling and I was not comfortable at all so after I got my food, I just scurried away as quickly as possible.
Food: The food was not very good. I ordered fish, chips, and roasted chicken. The fish tasted a bit weird and was a little bit overcooked and soggy. The chips were chalky and the chicken meat was rough and stuck to the bone. It was all edible, but there was a lot of room for improvement. It costs way too much for what it is really worth as well.
Ways they can improve:
~ Be a bit more friendly and relaxing! You aren’t supposed to stare customers down and make them way to leave ASAP!
~ Improve their food quality…
With the prices, the awkward service, and the vast number of other eateries within walking vicinity, I would skip this spot.
