Fantastic store. Love their suits. Excellent shirts and ties as well. Staffed by serious professionals. Such a relief to land here (again) after unwisely starting off at Peter Jackson. The contrast in quality and style couldn’t have been greater. I liked it so much I dropped a serious load of money on 2 suits, four shirts and four times. Impressive.

Yet again, have went in, searched the rack with my trusty store associate, sized up with the tailor and went on my way with a timeframe of two days to pickup! All under 600 and service with a smile!
Great job guys!

Upside: Nice shirts, some decent ties, ordinary suits.
My difficulty is the service and range.
Range. If you want a shirt in your size, with your preference of cuff then there is a very limited range.
Service. Initial service when buying shorts was from a member of staff who had little knowledge of their product. Their assistance was limited to occasionally hovering and helping us pay for the shirt I chose.
When I returned the shirt (due to it having a mark in the centre of the back) the first person I talked to wanted to help until they found it was a return, once they had verified that it was indeed a valid return they handed the shirt back to me and wandered off without another word. The second person I spoke with apparently didn’t know how to help. I ended up finding a replacement myself, waiting in line for the store manager and then finally doing a switch.
My initial view dealing with this company was to have a quick look when they get new shirts/​ties in to see if there is something interesting. That being said, we as customers should be treated better.
