Great location, friendly staff and clean hotel. For a hotel of this rating the WiFi is keeps dropping off and connection is intermittent. I don’t think it is acceptable in this day and age. Luckily as Accor members we didn’t have to pay for it! WiFi issue was made worse especially after 5 days in Tasmania! The hot water fluctuate whilst we were having our shower … one off maybe. We stayed 3 nights. Looks like there will definitely be another hotel of choice when in Melbourne next! I give it one star for its location and friendly staff.
