With experiences ranging from fashion, retail, buying, journalism, pr, cosmetics, cosmeceuticals, skin care, massage, shiatsu, beauty & laser — spanning from the US, UK, and Australia (and beyond), I’ve created Self Centred Medi Spa as a culmination of things that I believe are important in our human experience. We need touch, we need to look & feel great, and sometimes we just need a kind word to make us feel that all is going to be ok. I hope that Self Centred can bring to you what you need today.
