On my last day in Melbourne I came here for a bit of relaxation! They let non members use the facilities for $ 50. It was quiet and classy, and I had the whole place to myself! Hot tubs, steam room, sauna and fancy showers. The soap and shampoo smelled amazing! They provide robes, sandals and lockers, and hair dryers a hair elastics. Perfect way to relax! Worth the $$ I’d say :)

I tried this Spa on a coupon. The place is better than most, with its marble entrance, but it’s only okay. The therapist was fine, but there is just something not quite right with this place. The main memory is the overwhelming smell of the Chinese restaurants below, which permeate the whole place. Not what I would hope for when going to a spa! It’s for that reason that I won’t be coming back.

Regent day spa is surprisingly elegant and grand in the middle of Bourke st madness, and not the fun madness either. Situated up the lift near the Target centre, when you step off you are greeted by waft of day spa smell(what does that smell like, I don’t know, just smells like day spa) They offer all your usual day spa treatments: facial, nail, massage, and more. As well as Hammam Turkish bath, spa, steam and sauna facility, gym, and lounge where they run various themed evenings I. e shanghai night, jazz night. Membership will give you full access, but I was here to claim a voucher deal for facial, spa, and high tea. Jurlique products were used for the treatments and you do get spoiled and treated well. Couple rooms are available(in room spas), and there are separate male /female steam/spa /sauna rooms if you go with friends. High tea includes sparkling wine, and savoury and sweets. Their normal rates are too expensive for their services, but a good deal if you find a voucher /coupon.
