Well, when at the Victoria Market you cant go past a suasage in a bun, with mustard and onion, Q75 is in the food court of the north western corner of the food hall, a great collective seating area, clean, not too crowded at 8am on a Saturday, airy and good ambience to sit and enjoy your meal. Love being able to see the chef/​cook cook the sausages, clean environment. I found the roll fresh, the sausage cooked perfectly and the condiments had a bit of zing. Overal a great snack at the market where you take in the market atmosphere.
