This place is hugely overpriced, their staff are rude and unhelpful. I went in to browse accessories and was looking for some advice but the staff members were completely disinterested in helping me once they found out I was not ready to buy. Good range of products but hugely lacking in customer service.

I always bring my bike here to be serviced. They are reasonably priced, open at convenient times and if I am in a rush do their best to accommodate me.
On top of that they always clean the bike after a service. Nothing better than a shiny bike :)
