I always take my little niece and nephew to this particular Original Lolly Store just inside the ground floor of Melbourne Central. Not to dose them up on sweets(although, yes, that usually happens) but because they usually have great window displays. Their Halloween windows are great, as are their Christmas displays — the kids really love them. My niece loved the current display, which is a fairy forest. As with all Original Lolly Stores, they sell US brand chocs and lollies as well as lollies by the bag, sold at around $ 17/kilo which does make them expensive. It’s at least more of an experience for the kids than buying lollies at the corner store though.
