Master Cobbler

Not particularly impressed! Took my watch in for a battery replacement and addition of another link (my wrist has got fatter) and to add the link they charged me $ 10 + $ 20 for battery installation. Feel that it was just a bit too expensive.
Also didn’t like the way the person served me whilst eating an apple, it’s absolutely disgusting to have you taking bites out of an apple whilst serving me.
I’m also unimpressed that the back of the watch was not sealed properly, which means I’ve had to take it to another repair place (at my cost) to have this resealed!
Absolutely won’t be back to this place!

Did a brilliant job cleaning up and polishing my boots. Expensive shoes, restored to glory.

Fixing your shoes is so much cheaper and easier than buying a new pair, but the dearth of decent cobblers makes it more of a challenge than it should be.
However, Master Cobbler is one of the good ones.
I dropped in to have the leather inside the back of one high heel fixed. Not only did they replace the leather, they sewed it on (rather than glued it — I’ve had that before) and so on the inside rather than the outside so it couldn’t be seen.
The only problem now is that I might have to take the other half of the pair in, just to make it look as good as its mate.
The guys are lovely and it’s obvious they take pride in what they do — no short cuts here.

This business revived my old, tired worn out boots. As a result I now have two identical pairs of black boots thanks to this business. They replaced the broken zipper on one boot on one pair of boots, and it is an exact mirror image of the other zipper. Bliss. And the turnaround time of a few days was also quite reasonable as well, and on the overall scheme of things quite quick too. I am a happy fan already.
The staff went the extra mile (all I wanted was the zipper fixed) and the next minute it looks like I have a brand new pair of boots, and the total investment was only around half of what I paid for a new pair of boots; not to mention what one originally paid for these boots to begin with.
Going the extra mile came from putting new soles onto my boots and polishing off the sides to make them black without anymore specks of white. If anyone needs their shoes repaired; this place will be mentioned first to go to for assistance. The staff are professional and experienced; and they also know what they are doing with your high quality shoes.
