A convenient cupcake store. They offer eat-in and serve cold drinks and hot coffee as well as take away cupcake boxes. The Cupcakes are good quality and baked fresh. While I was there, I was able to see two staff icing cupcakes, which is always an exciting treat — seeing«the magic happen». Prices are fine — $ 4 for a normal sized cupcake and $ 2.50 for a mini one. For the work that goes into the gorgeously iced cupcake, you couldn’t charge anything less. The menu is clear and available on their website. The menu is a chart of which flavours are baked on which days each week and includes information on allergy or vegan cupcakes. Gluten Free cupcakes are made in three flavours: Black and White(Choc), Red Velvet and Orange and Popcorn — Black and White is my fave. Sometimes, I’d like to try Salted Caramel or Marshmallow, but to have ANYGF options is just so good… There’s a couple of indoor tables and bar type seating and outdoor tables too(in a covered laneway). The walls and tables are a bit shabby, to be honest. And when compared to the lavishly laid out cakes behind glass, they could use a little perking up. It’s a VERY small store, but I think a few nicer chairs and tables would go a long way in making the place look amazing and make people really comfortable. Probably most people have take-away cakes anyway. Overall, yummy. I wouldn’t take anyone here to sit down and talk, because the atmosphere is a little lacking, and it’s a very tiny shop, but I certainly love the cakes, the staff are nice and the fact that they have Gluten Free is great!
