«Ciao Ciao» shouts the Italian waiter as you enter this café through the mass of outdoor dinners. If you’re looking for traditional Italian Pizza, Ciabatta, Salad with a welcoming Italian style then you should check out Espressino. Prices a typically a couple of dollars more than nearby vendors but the delicious flavors and freshness of ingredients more than compensate.

Don’t know why this analogy is coming to the fore: I felt like I was in Italy(as in Eat, Pray, Love) where I went with a group of girls for lunch one Friday afternoon. It was a stupid mistake the first time to order a panini at this establishment. Pizza wins here — they(the plzzas) are just so good. Rock up hungry and ready to talk, and if you don’t mind light oak tables and chairs this place is heaven for you, and below ground level too. If you just want a coffee at this establishment, then go outside, take a seat and drink your coffee. This was how it was done for yet another business meeting one afternoon. Their coffee wasn’t bad. You come to this place for their high quality pizzas. You have to be in the mood to eat and for pizza. This is why Friday lunchtime with a group of girls makes this establishment the perfect pit stop for pizza and great company. The staff put so much cheese on the pizza items; yet you do not leave with that bloated feeling. Let the cheese pour, that is part of the fun. Laugh, smile and enjoy. The service is top notch. Save your spare change for pizza at Plus 39 on the corner of Collins and King Streets in the city.(Don’t know where 362 Little Bourke St comes from)
