Chokolait., was established in June 2007 and is owned by Ross and Marianna Harvey and our simple philosophy is to make and serve extraordinary chocolates, the very best chocolate beverages and superb hand made desserts in a warm, relaxed and friendly environment.

At Chokolait we only use Genuine Belgian courverture chocolate and this together with artisan care and fine attention to detail are the key ingredients in providing our customers with an exceptional chocolate experience.

Business Owner

Chokolait is owned by Ross and Marianna Harvey. Ross has been involved in the Food and Beverage industry all his life and spent many years living, working and studying throughout most of Asia.

Japan was a heavy influence during his formative years and the concept of the «holistic» experience in dining and gift giving is evident in the quality and presentation of the chocolates and desserts at Chokolait.

Marianna is originally from Honk Kong though now a True Blue Aussie and Marianna brings an «Asian» calmness and serienty to the business environment to ensure everything we do provides a feeling of relaxation and happiness.
