Burger Theory

The few times that I’ve been here I’ve only tried their chicken burger and beef burger. Their chicken burger the patty seems to be processed and not fillets which was a disappointment. Their beef patty however was a different story. Juicy and just pink. Not a lot of other condiments in the bun but was ok.

So a new burger place opens in Melbourne well we had to check it out. Burger theory comes from Adelaide and has rave reviews over there, our expectations were very high. They had opened on the Thursday and we went in for Saturday lunch. It was quiet but there were quite a few interested walk ins. The burger patties are made in the window and it is hard not to stop and just drool over the meat. We ordered a number two burger and a fried chicken burger as meals with chips. The burgers to start with are not attractive, you don’t instantly want to Instagram them which saddened me a bit. They looked very squashed and McDonald’s like. On eating I can say that the burgers are juicy and tasty but in the current market of burger places in Melbourne I cannot say I will be rushing back again.
