This is one of those places where the doctors are way too rushed, the waiting times are way too long and generally, there’s lots of misery around the place. Yes, it’s a standard doctor’s practice.
If you have a GP that you normally see, but can’t get in, then try here. Really, it’s better than waiting eight hours at a hospital to get seen, and apart from that, you’ve got limited choices. Just hope that they’re not too busy (and they usually are). Having the chemist next door means that you’ll be able to get your prescription filled without having to drive anywhere else or without having to walk far, which isn’t what you should be doing if you’re not feeling very well.
Expect the usual crying children, the usual dude who coughs loudly without covering his mouth and spraying viral mucus everywhere, and the overworked staff who do their best but can find it all a bit much sometimes. Like I said, it’s pretty typical.
