I had left one of my carry on bags at the Sydney International Airport and it was actually turned in to lost and found. We were given this agency as a reference and through one phone call then email, they picked my bag and sent it to my house in California, USA when they knew I would be home after more travels. Everything was there and they even took care to pack my tablet with bubble wrap and an extra layer of corrugated cardboard. I arrived home on a Sunday night and it got to me Monday night. Thanks, Mascot Pack and Send!!!
