Forage Tapas & Wine Bar Marrickville ~ Our food involves classic Spanish flavour combinations and explores the experience of share plates with a modern Sydney approach by applying top Australian ingredients while meeting European style. Our wine list highlights the huge leaps in the re-generation of low-crop old-vine Spanish wine making while paying homage to small Australian producers and other small boutique wineries throughout the modern winemaking world. Forage is a neighbourhood Wine Bar focused as much on the quality of its food as it is about the quality of its wine inviting you to discover new varietals and styles bringing groups together from all suburbs throughout the greater Sydney area. Using only the freshest seasonal ingredients, we bottle our own preserves in-house & seek to bring you crisp, clean, herbaceous food & wine meant for sharing as you would at a big family table. New local craft beers and international beers available.
