Went here for my friends birthday dinner and we were all so very satisfied! The atmosphere was very culturally Morrocan which made for a warm feel at the restaurant. The waitstaff was very hospitable and served us well. The food was tasteful! My friend orderd a 3 course portion(fixed price) which was nice to see this offered, for those who like to eat! Portions were quite large overall. Well worth the price and location is across the street from the Warf which is nice to walk around in the evening!

I was given a groupon voucher for brunch at Out of Africa and will definitely be returning! The breakfast is incredible. The tomato base is cooked for 5 hours bringing out the most incredible Moroccan flavors. I went with the three cheeses and was not disappointed! I recommend the Moroccan coffee, cinnamon & cloves. Our server was an excellent French gentleman. Very helpful and great service.

Brunch was served piping hot by friendly wait staff who didn’t rush or crowd you to take your order. While the main food wasnt outstanding(although comfortably above average), the accompanying bread was quite superb. The smoothies and frappes were cold and refreshing, albeit not quite having the flavoursome bite the ingredients promised. I’d have loved some Moroccan spices to sprinkle on the brunch as well. All in all a most enjoyable brunch and close to exceptional for a voucher meal. I’d go again and splash out on a more varied menu to see if that would make it a complete five star experience.

Hassan is a great chef and his restaurant here in Manly is amazing! The meatballs are my second favorite dish… nothing beats Hassan’s «Sud Afric Lamb Sosaties» though!!! A+++++++ Highly reccomend going here. Great service, great food and very intimate!!!

I have been here a couple of times for dinner and the food has always been tasty with nice moroccan flavours and decent portions. My favourites are the lamb dish and the meatballs. This place serves alcohol but is also BYO which is an added bonus.

Located near the Manly Wharf the romantic location is home to a new Moroccan restaurant, with really interesting flavours for this area. The chef is some-what of a celebrity, and the generous serving of fabulous moroccan food are equally as famous. Although it can get a bit busy, the staff were cool and collected, and very polite, even cracking some clever jokes for light entertainment. The atmosphere is great, whether you’re here for lunch or dinner. We had the couscous royal(for 2) and the meat was very tender! The flavours very strong, but not overpowering, mixed nicely with spices such as cinnamon and nutmeg. Overall it was good value for money, for an intimate dinning experience, with Entrees from $ 13.50-$ 18.50 and Mains from $ 23.50-$ 32.50, although I would have preferred the service to be less snappy, as we were out of there within the hour, and felt quiet rushed. When the atmosphere is great, you really just want to soak it up!
