I love breakfast and I love it done well. Simple bacon and poached eggs, wood-fired toast, roast tomatoes and an added side of avocado. A fresh apple, pineapple and orange juice and a soy flat white were both made to perfection! Cute little deli/eatery with amazing looking foods to purchase and take home. My only complaint would be that my toast required a saw to cut through which the staff didn’t provide, so cutting this was quite tough and I don’t appreciate anything coming in between me and my bread intake. Also, half an hour car parking surrounds this joint so it’s best if you run in and run out(a small reminder of why I don’t venture over the bridge too often).

Never ever forget this little gem in Manly for breakfast. Great prices, fantastic food, superb ambience, 400 m from the sea. Life is fab.

This a great round the corner deli with quality food. Their coffee is to die for am an absolute fan! They have a good breakfast and lunch menu with sandwiches and salads. Though I find their cakes and muffins not nearly as good and just average in taste. They do a good spin on eggs Benedict which is yummy. All in all a good place for enjoying a breakfast or lazy lunch. The only negative I have never seen the barista(probably the owner) smile and he mostly always seems to have sullen expression on. Anyways doesn’t affect the quality of food and coffee so all good !

This place is a great find in Manly. If you’re heading for a day at the beach, swing past Four Olives Deli to pick up a gourmet lunch for later. This place is packed with gourmet goodies like cheeses, meats, olives, antipasto, salads, pastas and savory pastries. The prices are reasonable and the service is friendly(although it can be a little on the slow side at times). You can also eat in here, I’ve heard the French Toast for breakfast is amaze!

Yay! Delicattessen. I hope you like it, coz there’s heaps of it here. The four olives is a nice mix of café and deli. When you walk past, you think it’s a café, but the more you delve into the store the more you see just how much is available as a deli. Various cheese and meats, olives and the like; it’s better than your ordinary Deli. The place is pretty big, and near the beach in Manly, so it’s a great place, primarily, to stop for some fine foods and drinks in the manly beach atmosphere, and on the way out, peruse the stock for something to take home. Even better, if youre entertaining, you know the food they sell is good, as they also serve it in the restaurant. So you can sample it in the café, get some ideas, and recreate or invent to your own stylings with what you can bring home.
