This place looks like a nice Italian deli but it isn’t as authentic as it seems. Majority of their products aren’t made in store and the customer service needs improvement. Whenever I go in the staff are more interested talking to each other then the customer. Not the kind of service you should get when you pay that much(a small coffee is $ 4.25!) it’s alright the coffee I’ll give them that but for that price it could be better. I’m sorry but I wouldn’t wanna recommend this place when people ask.

If you’re not local, staff pretend they can’t see you. Sometimes staff are slow. It’s happened twice now that their customer service has disappointed me. If eating in, coffee & panini’s are awesome but too overpriced.

Who doesn’t love going to a Deli? This is what the shopping experience is meant to be. I am sure if you were to look at the history of the development of the supermarket you would find that other than the local market, the local deli would have been one of the biggest influences. A change is in the air where shoppers are becoming more responsible and what a better place to start that change than by coming to Louie’s Deli and Café. You will find here are the items that you would expect of a delicatessen including a range of cakes, sandwiches and hot drinks.
