This is one of my favorite butcher shops of all time. Located in Chadstone shopping center, this store is open with glass cabinets displaying a huge selection of meats.
This butcher makes raw meat look so appetizing thanks to its clean displays. All meats are wrapped up in glad wrap and the display cabinet is kept simple and clean (no pink juices in sight), and it doesn’t smell here either!
They sell a good selection of fresh meats (mostly beef and lamb), they also have an amazing variety of pre marinated meats– such as bbq ribs, honey soy, herb encrusted and much more. Makes dinner easy as pie (they also sell family sized pies). This butcher is quite dear compared to other places, but the quality of the meat is very high so I suppose you pay for what you get.
