MSY Technology

MSY Technology is a really awful place if you don’t know what you’re doing. On the other hand, if you are tech-​savvy or there with someone who is tech-​savvy, MSY Technology will probably be somewhat of an equivalent to heaven with its dirt cheap prices.
Customer Service:
The majority of its employees are Chinese who aren’t very good at English so if you want to ask them any specific questions, there WILL be a language barrier and you will probably take nothing from the conversation. Also, compared to other MSY branches, the waits are extremely long. We were next in the queue and still had to wait about 25 minutes for our go.
Store Layout:
Like I said, do not go if you don’t know what you’re doing. Look up the specifications of a product beforehand because the only thing you get is a sheet with a huge list of product names. You circle what you want and you bring it to them. These people are not trying to sell you anything — they don’t give a shit. They simply provide the product.
Not to mention, the website is hilariously bad.
I personally like MSY just because they have cheap prices (YES, even compared to Dick Smith or JB Hi-​Fi), but if they want to draw in more customers they should really help out the layman.
Also, their website is hilariously awful.
