I had the German bratwurst. It was nice tasting, and I saw the cook measure the temperature of another sausage just before I ordered so I felt like there is some quality control going on. The sauerkraut, onions and mustard were nice and the bun was fresh which is always important. I’m Wavering between a 3 or 4, but I like to give the benefit of the doubt to encourage others to try and hopefully then review too which will provide the best indication.
