Absolutely Amazing. A hidden gem. Everything I have tried from here has been delicious… The pasties are tasty with a lovely flaky pastry. The Madras Curry pie(with whole cashews) is a must try! Not to mention the Desserts. Best baked Cheesecakes & I LOVE the French Citron Tart!

Now it may not seem like I do any other review but a 5 star review — but that’s just it, I don’t have the same urge to use my time to share feedback on ‘mediocre’. I understand the need to «warn people away from places» but not the time investment involved unfortunately. WHAT I’M TRYINGTOSAY is don’t let the fact that I’ve rated other places highly also — take anything away from this awesome Rolling Pin Magill review… Because what I have to say is: YOUJUSTNEEDTOGO! You need not miss out. I actually feel like it’s an urgent matter because every time I’ve been here, I can’t wait to come back! The melted Belgium Chocolate in the Hazelnut Hot Chocolate is incredibly well made and filled to the brim WITHFLAVOUR and nothing less. The pies freshly baked here are like incasing YOUR favourite home cooks’ meals into the finest pastry. The Sweets here… you like sweets, you’ll like it here. I don’t have enough words for the tarts or delicious donuts, yum! Just go already! You’re welcome in advance ;)

The best pastry I have tasted since I was a child. The brothers running this bakery are a delight too

This 6 month old business with a young team(23&21 years old currently) are producing delicious tarts, perfect for sharing with no one. I’ve «only» had their pistachio creation, raspberry cheesecake and coffee chocolate mousse tarts, so I can’t comment on their savory range, however there’s plenty to choose from either side of the hot/cool cabinets. The mini tarts are just the right size, and around the $ 3-$ 4 range. For 6 people I spent $ 19. The variety is vast, and they seem the perfect solution for individual dessert selection after dinner — or as a mixed plate with friends for a tea or coffee. Give this new team in the area a go & you’ll also be supporting young business initiative.

Mince pie was good not great… I think I noticed a touch of the dreaded yellow food colouring in the pie base? Please correct me if I’m wrong :-) My hubby had a sausage roll which he said was delicious so I stole a piece.. he was right, don’t tell him I said that! The passionfruit raspberry tart was quite tasty although lacked any taste of passionfruit. The tart shell was quite impressive taste wise, perfectly crunchy and just the right amount of sweetness. The service was impeccable and the cost of the products quite reasonable. Found the shop front quite small and hard to navigate with only one other customer in the store. Purchased a few cans of fizzy drink that had a layer of flour on top… a hard thing to avoid in a bakery i know but a quick wipe over before they go in the fridge wouldn’t hurt. All in all a great new bakery owned by seemingly nice people. Would definitely visit again to try more products just not during peak lunch time!

Read it in Adelaide matters n thought I’d come to check it out. Service is attentive, the baker with a fresh tray of tart coming out from the kitchen smiles n has a fresh face, can’t be! Bakers should b worn out by 11.30am? Had the pistachio tart which she just brought out, pastry is short n not overly sweet, the mousse is good but the macaron was disappointing, too crunchy for my liking, thought it should have a bit of chew to it. A slice of candied apple under the mousse was welcoming, couple of more slices would have been better. Overall it is good
