Angel Bell Café isn’t trying to win any awards with any smashing meals or fancies. They serve good honest café style food that’s both wholesome and filling. The menu is full of the basics from all day breakfast options, salads, sandwiches to burgers and wraps. They also have a few dessert options such as pancakes or ice cream. The staff are very friendly and a lot of the customers in the café are regulars who frequent the place often based on their friendliness towards the staff. I decided to order a Thai chicken Salad along with Chicken and Sweet Corn Soup because I got a big appetite. They bring it out quick, no messing about here. The portion sizes for both were quite large too. Soup was a meal in its own as it was accompanied by 4 slices of toast buttered. The chicken was plentiful in the salad and flavouring was pretty good. Total for both was $ 15.80 which is great value compared to other places because the portions are larger than life. They also serve coffees, teas and hot chocolate. I have had hot chocolate to go a few times before and they are good. Best food option in this centre in my opinion and the place never gets too busy.

I am a regular at Angel bell café, and I find the coffee to be be quite nice and very reasonably priced, only $ 3.80 for a large latte, they have a nice variety of food and they have also made me a vegetarian omelet, that I requested that was not on the menu. I think it’s a very typical shopping center café.

In the eternal hunt for a reasonable coffee in the South West of Sydney(my bar is low) we stumbled upon this café in Glenquarrie Shopping Centre(the café we wanted to try was closed). We ventured in and the first red flag was the«coffex» machine– so I knew straight away not to try the coffee. I ended up just having a choc milkshake — can’t really go wrong with that. The décor was satisfactory and it looked like the only café in the shopping centre. It was quite with not a great deal of atmosphere– but we were able to catch up with our friend and then head off! So faced with the choice between Macca’s café and this one — would probably have a better shot at a coffee at Maccas!
