Located within walking distance to parking and public transportation. The place is very conducive for learning and study with ample learning resources available. Should studying make you hungry, a café serves drinks and snacks. Toilets are clean and well maintained. Desks and chairs are ergonomic and there are a multitude of couches and sofas for a leisurely read or light conversations.

Liverpool library is quite a large space, located on George Street in Liverpool, next to the comic shop. It’s unmissable, with it’s massive, colourful pile of letters spelling out ‘library’ right out the front, it’s cheerful. There is a large foyer area in front of the entrance with benches and trees to sit under and read, presumably. It’s a lovely, calming space, and I have spent many an hour reading under one of the trees. Inside, there’s a spacious reception area for enquiries, and venture upstairs to find the books of your choice! The librarians have, in my experience, been extremely helpful and patient with me and my woeful ignorance about everything library-related. Their selection isn’t particularly large or complete(they only had books 3, 5 and 6 of The Codex Alera, for example. Shameful.), but it’s adequate. There are chairs and tables inside, if you want an indoor reading experience, and the atmosphere of the whole place is relaxing and quiet, which is perfect. The best thing about Liv Library; the library cards. They are so tiny and adorable! I will put up a picture of it when I can, you’ll want one.
