Not bad restaurant.
Consider there is no better Viet restaurant than this one at Lidcombe.
Service is so so.
The meals during busy time can get worse…

To get to Vincent’s, you’ll need to enter Dooley’s first and make your way upstairs. I think it’s been recently renovated with a very oriental feel to it and pretty Asian parasols hanging from the ceiling. The lighting system is a bit weird with a massive window on one side providing all the light in the day but it’s much prettier at night. If you really wanted, you can sit by the window with a view of the Dooley’s car park and watch the lovely Dooley’s patrons scurry around downstairs.
Good food. Decent phở but they do a pretty mean job with red rice with pork chop.
