The food is good and I really want to be able to reccomend these guys, But despite the decent food, the staff at Née Lum are hopeless and manage to frequently get orders wrong, dispute with you what you ordered and provide no receipt either. The manager conveniently doesn’t speak English so can’t talk to you when you ask to speak to him. When they realised they had made a mistake tonight after we called and told them, they offered for us to come down to the store and pay extra for a dish missing from our delivery and claimed they didn’t have their delivery drivers phone number. They also denied any knowledge of the dish in question despite repeating it to me twice over the phone while confirming the order. A total joke. Order from here at your own risk. My comments here are based on repeated issues with our orders, we’ve given them the opportunity to improve, and overlooked small issues before. But tonight put the final nail in the coffin as far as I’m concerned.

Née Lum has the best Mongolian Chicken I’ve ever tasted. And at lunch time, it’s only $ 9 with fried rice. And if you get addicted and need your night time fix as well, they deliver free of charge. And as long as you’re getting it delivered then you might as well order the Salt and Pepper Squid as well. And whilst I wouldn’t head there for a nice night out, but it makes for a tasty night in. And did I mention it’s great? Yeah it’s great.
