This is a point of call for any boozy nights out in Leederville. They really have any method of intoxication you could really need. It’s a little steep on the price front, but they stock Rekorderlig, which gives them 100 million brownie points. I was with some friends from England when I went here last and they were surprised how extensive the selection was at this bottle shop because they hadn’t seen a lot of products in Perth, that were stocked here.
Although, I must say the biggest drawback exists in the designing of the store. Let’s do the math. When you go out for dinner and you wanna grab some wine, I’m usually wearing some form of high heel or wedge. When you have a downward sloping ramp leading to the premium ciders, did you really not see the problem? Long story short, I stacked it. So be careful! And don’t say I didn’t warn you.

Leederville Liquor Store has a superb selection of ciders, beers, wines, liqours and lolly drinks from all over. I could spend a long time in here looking around and picking out some weird and wonderful alcoholic beverage that I haven’t tried before — a new flavour of cider from Europe or a new sparkling white wine from Margaret River. Decisions decisions!
A large drawback though is that the prices here are noticably higher than almost every other bottle shop in all of Perth. Probably because it’s the nearest one to the many apartment buildings in Leederville that play host to parties of young people every weekend and week nights too. And as well as that, this liquor store pretty much has a monopoly on the BYO market for Leederville’s many BYO friendly restaurants. But sometimes convenience is worth a few extra dollars!
