Caring 4 Sydney Pets provide our customers with pet sitting, dog walking, day care and overnight house sitting.

Pet sitters normally spend 30 to 40 minutes visiting a pet’s home but we do not believe 40 minutes is enough… so we give our customer’s pets an additional 20 minutes at no cost. Their pets truly benefit from a one hour visit.

We do not charge our customers for each pet they have so our customers with more than one pet save money as they only pay for our visit to their home.

Unlike other pet sitters we are available 24 hours a day making us suitable for shift workers to call us any time of the night.

History

Established in 2014.

The idea for Caring 4 Sydney Pets was established in March 2014 and we opened for business at the end of June.

We were originally pet sitting for cats, fish, birds, rabbits etc and got our first customer 8 days after our business opened looking after 5 cats for 28 days.

We then got our second customer a few days later and have in the last 12 months built up a large customer base of pet owners who keep coming back to us due to the professional care their pets received while they were away.

Christmas was a very busy period and we were still taking calls from people up to 8pm Christmas Eve desperate to find a pet sitter. We drove out and picked up the keys at 10pm aqnd then Christmas Day we left at 4am to start visiting pets… finishing about 9pm Christmas night.

At the beginning of 2015 we expanded our services to our customers. Now not only were we pet sitters but we also offered dog walking, day care and overnight house sitting for cats and dogs.

I have been looking after family pets for over 30 years and have setup my business to provide pet care services where my minimum time spent with pets is 60 to 90 minutes.

Pet sitters traditionally spend 40 minutes a visit but I do not believe 40 minutes is long enough for most pets. So my minimum is 60 to 90 minutes which may go longer if I see your pet needs more TLC.

Dogs are different to other pets in that they need a lot of company… especially if they are not living with other dogs. For that reason I have setup overnight stay service at customers houses as night time is when a dog is the loneliest and will more than likely bark. Day Care is for those customers who need me to visit during the day while the customer is out for a few hours or longer,
