I was always told, if you can’t say anything nice don’t say anything at all. It’s a credo I live by and why you won’t often see 1 star reviews from me. I could just say nothing but instead I list the facts re. washing machine repair:
Time between initial contact and first service call: 1 day
Time between first service call and machine being rendered functional: 21 days
Reason for delay: Didn’t carry part in their stock. Item required from supplier. Issues, issues, yadder, yadder.
Who made contact to get status on part: Customer (repeatedly)
From part arriving to day of fitting: 3 days.
Who made contact to arrange fitting of part once part arrived: Customer
Was job completed as quoted: Hard to say. Poor communication meant I was charged more than I expected. Although the business admitted their communication was unclear they still charged me more.
