Had breakfast on Friday 5th June @ by the bridge sea food café. This was a worthwhile experience. The place has a nouveau French provencial feel. The elevated open kitchen allows everyone to view the cooks preparing food. The waitress was in fact French who is a beautiful and polite young lady. The menu was extensive including seafod but I ordered a simple egg & bacon roll with a cappuccino for $ 10(anywhere else this would cost $ 15) The meal was served within 7 minutes. I was pleasantly suprised because both were huge which was great value. And very very tasty. I read the Financial Review then walked out into the beautiful Sydney daylight. The harbour looked sensational. This is a great café to eat.

This place is terrible… For diets, but delicious nonetheless. I arrived just as they were starting to close(something common for me as unfortunately restaurants seem to close around 8 – 9 here) and they were nice enough to let me get takeaway. I ordered the by the bridge combo basket and was shocked at how much food it was for ~$ 28 bucks(also got a soft drink). It was definitely enough for two people. The best part was the crab lumps, but everything was crispy and delicious. Terrible for diets, great for guilty pleasures.

Went here for a work lunch and it fit the bill. From the outside it looks like a fish and chips take away place. You step inside and realise that there’s a whole lot more on the menu than just your basic fish and chips and reasonably priced too! There’s salads, quiches, burgers, fish, seafood baskets… A must eat at if you’re in the area.

Good fish and chips and so many other foods on the menu, there will be something for your craving. The wraps and salads for takeaway are a good option when you want to grab something quick. Or there’s the roast chicken or pasta or pies… like I said, there are a lot of options here! Very casual and one of the more affordable dining options in the Kirribilli area. As I’m writing this review, I’m suddenly hungry for some fish and chips… too bad they won’t be open at this hour.
