We ordered a big smoked ham from here for Christmas this year. All I can say is, this is the best tasting ham carved off the bone that I’ve EVER had, from anywhere that I’ve been in the world. It’s not cheap, but you get what you pay for!
The texture on the ham as you cut it is fantastic. It’s a world of difference away from any of the plastic glossy looking sliced ham rubbish you see at places like Subway.
This is real ham. Done the old fashioned way it was meant to be.
