Fastway Couriers Perth

Package sent from the states on the 11^th of November, fastway somehow begins tracking as delivered in Sydney in July, package is destined for Perth and incapable of time travel. 17^th the item then shows again on their tracking page as picked up in Perth. Nobody can locate package. Get told to lodge online enquiry, to wit I receive condescending email saying onboard for delivery today (20^th) at 5pm, still no sign of package or any update to tracking info. Now past close of business and unable to call them. Absolutely awful and if I could rate 0 or minus I’d rate as minus as possible, to infinity and beyond.

I ordered something online from a Perth retailer, because it was going to be a couple of weeks before I could get to their store and the delivery was going to be within 3 days. They use Fastway Couriers. I wish they didn’t.
After waiting for over a week with no delivery, I contacted the store. They advised that it was with Fastway Couriers and it would be delivered the next day. I made sure that I was home the whole entire day, I even sat in the frount lounge, right next to the door with my laptop working to make sure that I heard someone knock at the door. No one showed. I checked the mail that afternoon around 4pm and there was nothing. The next day I was still waiting. At lunchtime I went out to get the mail and the catalogues and there was a card from Fastways dated the day before saying that I wasn’t home. Even though I was and it hadn’t been there the day before. I rang and spoke to the supervisor who promised that they would follow it up and have it delivered the next day.
Several days later and I am still waiting. By this time I could have driven to the store and picked it up myself. I ring the supervisor who admits they don’t actually no where my package is as it was not logged back in to their facility when they courier driver had it the week before. This continues for several days until I ring the store I purchased the product from, who then contacted Fastway. Finally the package was left on my door stop, they didn’t bother knocking or have me sign for it. The whole thing was an absolute farce. I will not be using them or any online store that uses their services.
